From the moment we walked into the hotel we were warmly greeted with smiles and a can do attitude from all the staff. The hotel room was excellent with a nice view over the swimming pool. The pool was nice and relaxing as well as refreshing. The restaurant was amazing with the selection of foods and drinks as well as the quality of food and the staff were amazing and accommodating. Every area of the hotel including all the staff we had met I would definitely recommend staying here again. We shall return or should I say we shall definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with great service. There was a beautiful poolside area, but unfortunately the pool was drained for re-tileing. Nice clean sheats. My only demerit is the hot water was a bit iffy.

My favorite hotel in Butuan City and one of the best place to dine in from their buffet breakfast until dinner. Well maintained and clean swimming pool. Great customer service. However, they have limited parking spaces.

Perfect for a couple of days stay at the heart of Butuan City. The place is very cozy, they serve great food for breakfast and the room is very neat and clean. Plus you can easily find a ride outside the hotel everything is very accessible.

The front desk service is enthusiastic, the breakfast variety is okay, the swimming pool is in good condition, the bedding is in good condition, and the accommodation experience is good, but the room is a bit small.

Over all its nice hotel. Its my 2nd time here. The first one was 5star for me but this time its a 4star, we told the staff that theres a lot of mosquitos inside but when we came back the mosquitoes are still there. So we just bought mosquito killer and off lotion. Before you guys let the guest in you should check the rooms and spray insects killer.

I spent 2 days at this hotel. The shower filled with water and would take all night to go out.. The food was ok. The rooms was good. I was charged 75pesos per day to use a face cloth. I have never ever experienced that before. For the price, I'm expexting more.
